Intelligent Process
Converting Design to Production
Harftek starts from a familiar design environment, connects to the 3D model through file transfer and software processing, is produced on the machine, and completed with the final application according to the project.

Design Preparation
Work is prepared in the CorelDRAW environment. Letter form and technical details are determined based on the design.

File Transfer
The prepared work is transferred to the system in supported formats like DXF.

Software Processing
ZCAM software converts the 2D vector design into a 3D letter model. Necessary parameters are set via the software.

Production
The machine produces the side walls, front face, or back face of the letter according to needs.
- 5
Final Application
Direct printing can be used based on the project, or a plexiglass solution can be applied to the front face based on customer preference.
